Thanked: 4826I think if you have a barber hone you can always ask. There are several people that have tested many and a lot of people that have used a few. Pictures of the condition and you should be good to go. They are known, just to fewer forum membEars and answers may be slower. However the widely known synthetics are a good start, and I say widely known because there are a lot of different hones and hone manufactures out there.
