Is this a Coticule?
Hi All,
I have one of my Dads old sharpening stones that he bought a long time ago. Unfortunately he is not around to tell me what it is, but due to it being attached to a wooden base, I am guessing it is not a coticule.
But can anyone identify it.

It does have some faint writing that I can just make out, which I think says ORAL Hones Inc. and other words below saying To The World!

Upon further investigation I think the wording is:
Natural Hones Inc.
Whetstone Supplier To The World!
And guessing it could be a soft Arkansas?"It never ceases to amaze me: we all love ourselves more than other people, but care more about their opinions than our own." - Marcus Aurelius

Looks like a soft arkie that buck knives and others sold. Some had washita on them but they are soft arkies. Nice looking stone! Still a good stone.

Thanked: 315Looks a bit like an old ark I had to let go a while back. It was labeled Washita.
