I think the oval says Koma nagura. So it would be a koma nagura selected by Hatanaka. Can you show the stone please.
Sorry to hear about your troubles. You have a very good eye and tastes in stones. If it was two years ago I would have purchased all your stone without a doubt. I have two Hatatoshis that have cleared up all my HAD. Lol!

You should still post that in the link provided. Fikira's pictures of this stamp is not as clear as yours is and would be a great refrence to help anyone in the future.
