The number 1 looks like an ax hone to me. My grandmother had one similar. Hers at least was good for tools like hoes , grub hoes and axes but I wouldn't even sharpen a knife on it. Yours may not be that but that's what it looks like to me.

From another box looks like maybe a soft ark. your thoughts? Don't mind the knife it was in the same box
