This is a question for the Coticule guys.
I lucked out today at an Antique market finding a Coticule. Stones as a whole are a rarity at any market in my area, let alone a Coticule.

It had separated from the BBW, had alot of short scratches in the surface and had a chip at one end. It was in a cabinet with two other stones, a carborundum (by the look of it) and another typical junk stone.
There was no price on this one but the dual stone beside it had a 35.00 sticker on it.

I said how much? She said well the others have a 35 on them what about that? I said no, this one is split and has to be put back together and has a chip in it. She said make me an offer. I say 20 bucks? - Sure. Done deal

I wish I had taken some pictures, especially before. After lapping it, it has the same look to it as my Pike Superfine. Almost a lacelike apperance.
Taking a nice Coti-loving razor to it provided an incredible edge that shaves like my Pikes. A top shelf, pinnacle of Coticules stone this is.

Anyway to the question. When looking at this stone under magnification there are a few spots of discolored grain - like many Coticules but this one has what looks like pockets or small holes where an inclusion would be, almost a small piece fell out.
Of course my Pikes do not have any dicoloration of grain or holes. They are perfect in texture.
Do any of you have any experience with Coticule's from the Uk? or Coticules that posses these "holes".
This one came in a wooden case and is rounded outward towards the yellow side like many that are sold from there. The type that are cast into the boxes. This one had a glue line in the box bit it was not cast in goo.
Phenomenal Coticule!! Couldn't be happier.

The new stone,
