Thread: Which is best?

Hi, wanted to get something to just bring a better edge to some slightly dull razors...was wondering if Belgium yellow coticle bout stone - sharpening honing stone - natural sharpening stone UK would do what i need? Or would a norton 4000/8000 be a better buy?

You'll have varying opinions. I would lean toward starting out with the Norton and maybe adding the coticule down the road. Just IMHO.

I love coticules, but between these two, i'd recommend the Norton. Now, if you got hold of a coticule/BBW it would be a different matter.
I only really use my coticule for polishing. I know they are capable of more if they have to, but i feel there are better suited alternatives.

before me they said exactly what you need. use norton until you will get more experience then move on coticule etc.gl
