I still can't be sure hold old mine is but one of the guys who's real familiar with Bengalls said it was from the 1830's to 1840's so who knows if the two were bought at the same time or not. Just a guess really.
Still the age of a lot of these razors we love so much is pretty amazing to still be in such good shape. That and mining the same area since 1605 is just amazing.
Let your imagine go and think about people at that time sharpening swords with these same type of stones.
