Just wanted to ask if any members here were familiar with this stone. It's mentioned some way down the page in this blog 鋸-鉋-鑿　（Nokogiri-Kanna-Nomi） but I haven't been able to find out anything more about it, i.e where one can be purchased. With an estimated 10-15k grit it would be worth trying at least.
