Thread: For those (mainly canadian) with a Lee Valley Tools in their area

Hi fellas. And ladies,

I'm on the Lee Valley Tools mailing list and I thought I would pass on a promotion for those of you looking to get some stones/hones. Most of us in Canada, familiar with Lee Valley, know they carry the Norton line of stones.
Well, they are conducting some in-store seminars on sharpening, and while I'm almost positive they won't be teaching anyone how to hone a SR, if you go into any one of their stores across Canada, you will receive varying amounts of gift cards depending on how much you spend on their sharpening equipment. Cards, from 10 to 100 dollars that you can use to buy more sharpening tools or anything else you'd like to get at Lee Valley. You do have to go and purchase in store to qualify for a gift card. The promotion is going on this coming weekend starting on Thursday, and ending on Sunday.
I personally can't take advantage of this deal, but I thought maybe someone else out there might benefit, especially if they are looking to get a Norton. Or any other stone they carry for that matter.
