When I bought my Aoto from 330mate, it took me more than a month to get it....the prices are decent on most things and the stones seem to be good ones, but the communication kinda sucks and the shipping is REALLY SLOW...
Next time I'll pay a bit more and buy elsewhere.

I got air mail shipping, took 3 days to go from Japan to New York. Unfortunately, the post office lost it for two weeks.

maybe customs. USPS could track the label number, and it never advanced past NY for a couple weeks. I asked at the local office, and the woman there suggested I wait til after that weekend, and they would check on it. It ended up arriving that Monday, so I did not find out what the hold up was. The package was registered mail, it should have been first on the trucks at arrival.
I have this notion in the back of my head that if I had asked about it a week earlier, it would have arrived a week earlier - the postage goblins were just waiting to get a rise out of me.
