    Default DMTs as finishing stones

    Does anyone here use some of the finer-grit DMTs as finishing stones? If so, which ones, and how do you like them? (Also, how much did they cost you, just to get an idea?)

    The finest dmt is 8000 so far. it may get finer soon only god knows. Even after 8k dmt you will need some pastes to get satisfied edge. Price is depend on vendor's. look up Internet you will find . gl

    I would not be in the camp of finishing on a DMT just not fine enough, A great finishing stone above 12K is nice.
