    Default Labeled coticule-paddle strop...anyone seen before?

    Well, this is a new addition, to my meager collection. I bought this out of the U.K. and was wondering if anyone recognizes the label, etc...
    Ive never seen a coticule referred to as a, "German Hone," before...also, the distributors name is, "E. Meinig, Hone Merchant, London."
    The instructions, for use is also interesting, imo.

    Coti dimensions" 7 x 1 3/4.
