    Default Mino Sharp Hones

    Anyone heard of Mino Sharp hones? I got a 1k grit one from Williams & Sonoma for my knives, but am wondering if it would be a good bevel setter for my razors?

    While mine is not a Mino Sharp, I picked up a Shun 300/1K stone from Le Gourmet Chef and I have used it to repair some blades as well as set the bevel.
