    Default Combo slurry stone

    I'm soon to be the proud owner of a combo coticule!!

    However, I need a slurry stone, I was wondering if there was any place to get a combo slurry stone?

    If not, would it be possible to raise a slurry on the blue side with a Spyderco medium?

    Type in nagura on ebay and you will more than likely see a few choices for combo coticule slurry stones. From time to time they pop up in the classifieds here too.

    Edit: well for the first time that didnt work so check here http://cgi.ebay.com/Belgian-Coticule...item3a5547385d Oh and I almost forgot, you could always go right to the source, Ardennes coticule. And you could use one of the diamond plates to raise a slurry, the most popular seems to be the credit card sized DMT, the spyderco you mentioned might work but I cant say for sure.

    You can also saw a small piece off the end of the hone and you are sure to have an identical quality slurry stone
