    Default Antique store find

    I found this today at an antique store.Can anyone tell me what it is, and if it could be used for a straight razor, and whatever other information

    Is it not marked/embossed on the other side? Cant tell for sure what it is but I had a no name barber hone and it was pretty good! Good luck!

    Basically a barbers hone and portable strop. The hone would work better if you lap it and the leather is pretty much shot, but it can be restored if you are inclined.

    No it's not embossed or marked any where on the stone.

    it is made by PIKE AND another side should have strop. very good stone as a barber hone. gl
