Thread: Coticule

As a first year newbie thought i'd pass on my experience.I recently purchased a Coticule and all i can say is wow!Although not a honemeister on it i can say with a bit of practice i have been able to put a decent hone on my blade.From setting the bevel all the way up to shave ready!and just had a shave with it on 2days growth and was left clean as a whistle and a smooth glide over my skin.
Through reading posting here and especially at the Coticule dedicated site Coticule.be i have gained a wealth of knowledge and tips on how to use this universal hone but i know i have much further learning to do .

I'm not that impressed. I bet with a little practise I can balance three hones on a blade.
