    I would recommend the Naniwa 12k. I have used the C12k and really like the edges, but I don't recommend it anymore. It's just so slow. If you are a new guy, this leaves more room for a bad stroke to slip in and ruin your edge. If you have a bunch of razors, the extra time you'll spend on this compared to a Naniwa or similar could start to become an issue. But here I am showing my own personal preferences, as they are moving from quality only to quality and efficiency. I like the edges off a C12k, but I prefer to get there faster these days.

    Thank you all for your advises. I have been MIA, more like working on my W&B, I am sanding away by hand. This is driving me crazy, I have been doing this for the past two days.

    Friend of mine that does a lot of restoring says it averages 10 hours of hand sanding to get a blade ready to polish. That is why I grab a paper towel and some semichrome and call it good.
    Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

    Yea I could really see how it takes 10 hours. Wow had i know that it wouldn't be that easy I wouldn't buy two more razors not really, this wouldn't stop me
