Default Mystery hone, pls help identify

I bought a hone from a flea market, but I couldn't indentify which kind of rock is it. It was in very bad shape, deep scracthes everywhere, but I could feel that it is a fine hone with my fingernail. I could see saw marks on the side, so I thought that it is a natural stone. I made a few photos, maybe someone can tell me what kind of stone it is. The surface feels silky smooth after lapping, nearly as smooth as my CH12k, it was easy to medium hard to lap. As you can see on the photos, it looks like there are shiny little particles in the stone.

The description fits a slate. You will have to do a shavetest directly from the stone to see if it's finer or coarser than the Guangxi.

Hard to tell from the photo's. The saw marks do suggest that it's a natural, but the evenness & consistent size of the flecking makes it look like a small carborundum.

The chipping, rounded edges, and sparkles suggest synthetic to me. The slurry makes me think it's a natural. I'm not aware of any Carborundum that had sparkly material in it.

Thanks very much bud, I hope that this stone is not the same as yours
I had a shave test today, after a BBW I did 30 laps with slurry, 50 with water, and had a smooth shave, but not as close as I wanted. Don't know if its because I did not enough laps, or the stone is only capable of this edge.

Approximately what grit is yours? Or it is totally not suitable for razors?
