So why did you list it?
I have seen these before in several different sizes, usually 120 x 12mm. I would not recommend them for honing razors as they are extremely narrow. Perhaps effective for a majorly warped blade, although I can think of many better options, as Tams are slow cutters. It would be narrow even for a slurry stone, but if you had a Tam without one I imagine it would do the trick. In short it wouldn't do anything that a tiny diamond plate couldn't. My Tam came with a slurry that is shorter and wider.

These sticks came up in http://straightrazorpalace.com/hones...-question.html Not ideal for a rubber but it could work. Perhaps they would be more practical cut in half and reglued side by side or with backing.

AFAIC the correct way to use a slurry stone is by rubbing the edge of the slurry stone on the surface of the hone. In that instance this would work fine. Many Tams didn't come with slurry stones and for a guy who has one sans slurry stone this might be ideal.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.
