Default How to get started on a budget?

What is the least expensive way to get into honing straight razors. I am new to this and would really like to be able to take care of my own razors. I'm not talking just touch ups but full blown honing.

I think that the cheapest way is to find Norton 4k/8k combination from eBay, Amazon etc unless there is some local retailers selling these or similar stones where you live.
I set my bevels with unnamed 600/800 grit that are sold very cheaply everywhere.

I think this is the best deal you'll find for Nortons: Amazon.com: WATERSTONE WOODWORKER PACKAGE: Home Improvement

You don't need any hone after the 8k - you should get great shaves off of it. You may, however, want a finisher, as they do make the shave more enjoyable.
