    Default Swaty Stone

    Is a Swaty ok just for a first stone just to keep the blade healthy. Or is there something other I should be looking at that is new? I just do not want to start spending a lot of money on stones.

    I have read on other posts that the Swaty stone is good for that.

    Ideas gentlemen?
