Default Info On Craftsman Combo Hone?

Picked this up recently for not much money because I had heard Craftsman sometimes actually sold hones made by the "better" brands. This is a combination hone, a barber hone judging from the instructions claiming just 6-10 strokes to be sufficient to sharpen a razor.

I have tried searching the site, but only come up with the Craftsman "razor hone" which is single-grit.

If anyone has some information about this combination hone to share, I'd be most grateful.

I have one. It's not rounded like that. The black side is very porous and coarse. Almost like a carborundum stone. Maybe for getting nicks out or re-profiling. The red side works well for touchups and has some interesting coloration in it that you can see under magnification. I have a feeling that it may be synthetic.

It mainly lays in the cabinet, lonely.

I have a pike combination hone that looks exactly the same but has the old pike logo instead.

I bought a craftsman combination razor hone that looks exactly as the famous Norton combination razor hone, cant wait to get it and try it out.
