    Default Recognize this Barber-Hone Logo?

I have two barber hones, both combination hones, both nice. One is called the "Winner" and the other "Regal." They feel a little different, but what's intriguing to me is the design of the boxes and the logo. As you can see in the pic, they are clearly from a common manufacturer.

What I'm curious about is just which one? Does anyone have any info about this "family" of hones?

My guess is that the "Regal" was a different model of the Winner. BTW the winner is good!

Yeah I really love the "Winner" hone. I actually have three! One is absolutely perfect. The brown side is really chocolaty brown, the white side is creamy white and both sides have an excellent finish. The other two are darker and a little rougher feeling, but still nice. One's for home, the second is in my travel bag, the third at the office.

I still wonder what the "W" logo stands for on the box.

    Hi Gents,

I recently picked up a Regal hone and I'm hoping you can advise me on something. The instructions inside the box lid say that there should be a dark side and a white side. Well, I suppose its due to the age of the hone, but mine has no white side. One is a dark grey and the other is a rust red. Any suggestions for which is which?

    Thanks!

I have the blue one and it's a good barber's hone.
