    Kitchen knife Shave Ready Ya but after a few days that edge was toast on the boards. I put the edge back down to 8k and it's much happier

    Great thread. Thanks for posting and sharing your jnat journey. I am interested in knowing how to acquire tenjou, mejiro and koma nagura stones as well as hones. I really like the ones that Justin has purchased.
