    Default DMT good for lapping Chosera?

    Hi guys,

    a friend of mine had a question for me about a DMT 325 and his Choseras.
    He wants to know if the DMT would be fine for lapping his Chosera in 400, 1000 and 3000.
    Maybe the 400 would be a tad too coarse, but I guess the 1k and 3k would be no match for a DMT 325?

    I have not yet tested the DMT with Chosera, so I wanted to make sure I give my friend good advise

    I use a DMT325 on my Chosera 1k, and it works very well. I think it should work on the 400 as well, but I could be mistaken. I was under the impression that, when using a DMT to lap, the grit of the thing you are lapping does not really matter. But I'll leave it to someone who has tried to give you their answer.
