    Default Slurry stone

For my set of Naniwa's, do I need slurry stone? And, which one? Or, Naniwa's don't need any!?

You shouldnt need one. YOu can use slurry to make them cut a bit faster, especially at the bevel setting stage.

If you have a dmt that will work.

No, I don't have DMT, unfortunately. Will you recommend for me, which kind of slurry stone should I get, except DMT?

    Thank you

I don't slurry on my Naniwas, but Glen / GSSixGun posted a method for Naniwas that involves slurry. I really think the DMT's are the best option because they do not wear and don't leave behind any grit from themselves. They can also double as a lapping stone. The DMT8C is really the standard workhorse lapper.

IF you want to play around, you could use finer naturals to create slurry; that slurry would be a mix of the natural and the Naniwa. I have played with coticule slurry on a number of different hones.
