3) Belgium Coticule
4) Hard Arkansas?
5) Soft Arkansas?
6) Escher or Thuringian
7) Translucent Arkansas?
7) Translucent Arkansas?
Thanks, russhi

See if somebody is near you that knows stones, Smell, and Slurry, along with Feel, Density and Scratch pattern "Identifies" stones...
The perfect example is the first stone it could be Slate or BBW from the pic but 2 seconds with a DMT 325 would tell me exactly what it is...

Thanked: 0Looking closer #4 stone appears to be hand cut. It seems hard but yet it produces a light gray slurry. If you hold it at an angle into the light and sight down the surface, it looks like glass. Also, looking on the side you can see the layers of stone. Under magnification side by side next to my yellow coticule they look identical except it is a light gray.
