    10 coats of easy off oven spray to get the grim off first pic with out oil second pic with oil

    its 8x17/8 lite green with out oil with oil it looks like olive grab color havent check slurry when i first got the stone it was dark brown and very smooth cleaned it up and it started to turn green it feels like a hard ark but i never seen a ark that color of green and i know its not a cf i mite sweat it out of its box and clean the whole stone and get all of the oil out and then see what color it turns out to be

    That was gutsy - treating it w/ easy off. Some stones would disintegrate by chemical reaction.

    well its a natural stone so i knew it wouldnt hurt the stone
