Thread: Can someone help translate this for me?

My friend has this stone that come with some knives, and he was offering it to me. I was trying to figure out what it says..

It's a Kai brand Combination hone. The top (light side) is labeled " middle Finishing" and the bottom "Coarse". The bottom is 400, the top is 1000.

It's made on contract for Kai by another maker, Suehiro I believe.

Perfectly fine for knives, pretty good actually, and maybe for repairing sad razors.

Dear sir, I would like to ask you a question. What can you say about Japanese Natural Whetstone Toishi? Sorry for slight offtop.
