Valuable information for those, who use Jnats. I have a fantastic finishing Nakayama, learnt that I need three.

Thank you for a wonderful post. Very interesting read. In fact, I recently did honing on a synthetic as well as a JNat finish. I took images from both (~400X) and I can see the same thing Iwasaki-san suggested, i.e., deep, long scratches with the synthetic and short, shallow scratches with the natural.
