A pink whetstone?!
I found this hone in the chef's office at work. it was under a cabinet and was probably left there years ago. I looked around on the internet and couldn't find a thing so i thought i would bring it here to the experts and see what you had to say. The only thing i've seen is a Global Knives finishing stone that around 5000 grit but this thing is to rough to be that.

Awesome! i needed something to set bevels with! i didn't realize that there were pink arkansas most of my hone experience has been with synthetic diamond

pics arent great but i would say its a soft ark the pink one's are fast cutters for arks here's a pic of my pink ark
