I received the dark blue escher I purchased on ebay today. It has some scratches so I was wondering if it should be lapped? I do have a lapping plate. When I lapped my c12 it didn't feel as fine after.

I know the escher is supposed to be softer than the c12. I haven't tried to get a slurry on it yet.
