I can add to this picture after doing some rock hunting the other day.

The left one and the middle one are from the CF quarry just off the M1 junction 23, The left one is lower strata from near the pond, probably the north side of the quarry. I've seen this stone on the face but didn't take a sample. (light blue dot)

The middle one is from the upper strata at the same quarry on the eastern end. I have several lumps identical to this. The stripe pattern is going through the grain it can also be cut WTG and it will look a little more like the first hone. This stone can often have a lot of cracks in it most of my samples do. This face is currently not been quarried, meaning the rock there is very frost cracked, This means it's easy to remove, but also means it's full of cracks that may cause a fault in a hone. (dark blue dot)

The last one looks to be from Whittle hill quarry. It's about 1km away from the other quarry in the same lava flow. (pink dot)

The red parts on the image above are the overlay of the known igneous rock flows over this area. Note that is known and whittle hill is private land as is a lot of the area and so may be undocumented.

    Here's a link to that map https://www.bgs.ac.uk/downloads/dire...Leicestershire

Would you be too upset to find all three of those types on the same spot by that face?
