Looks like a thuringian. Good finisher.
I was going by the shiny top, gray color and whitish streaks on the side. It also looks to be soft by the scratches visible. And the apparent size. Maybe I'm wrong.
Looks like brown Thuringian.
I have one like this and ask the same question on this forum. These are great hones but small ones.

This is what I believe is a Brown Thuringian. Although the base colour on mine differs, it has those similar orange/pink markings. An authority on hones has used mine and believes it to be a Thuringian.
