Under the 'reply' box - where you write your reply - hit the 'go advanced' button. Then 'manage attachments', 'new file', 'upload' and 'insert inline' should get you where you need to be.

Those appear to be Arkansas stones to me. Though not the best stones to sharpen a razor, they can be used, especially the black one. I shaved of of a black Arkie for almost fifteen years before graduating to better(and quicker) waterstones.

A Norton 4000 / 8000 is definitely a good stone to hone with, and if your razors are not in too bad a condition, it's all the stone you'd ever need. You could also buy a coticule, or a barber hone, or a couple of other things. Once your edge is decent, maintaining it does not have to cost much.
