    Default Laquering stones

I am thinking about protecting the rough sides and bottom of my Jnat with laquer or something like that but dont really know what type to use. I thought some of you might be able to help me out with this.

I've never been much of a fan of coating the sides as I don't see any value in it after-all, it's a rock. However, I do think you should at least cover the stamps. I use plain jane clear nail polish protector. You can get the cheap stuff anywhere (like wallyworld) and it works fine.

From what I have seen, a lot of guys tend to use Shellac for that.
I've never bothered with it myself though
