    Hi guys I just order a factory edge shave ready razor on ebay. will an 8/10 k grit hone work to get it shave ready.

    8/10k can do it if it doesn't need much work.

    Factory edge shave ready concerns me... What kind of razor is it?

    This Razor is on my personal "would like to try honing it" list... I am pretty convinced of the dubious quality, but if you end up keeping it, I wouldn't mind taking a shot at the edge myself... No cost to you of course, other then the shipping to me ...
