Apparently MICOR was a retailer/seller/producers (around 1950 - 60's) of
straight razors, (stainless) kitchen knives & forks,... and ... stones

By the way, apparently the listing of this stone stated that the seller bought it
around 昭和40年 (=1965) and (if I translated correctly) he said to have bought
it for the price of about half a year salary
