Thread: sharpening a vintage sheffield

hey there dose any one know of a good place around the boston area to get strait razors sharpened. i am a little hesetant to send it out.

try the member services in the classifieds Member Services - Straight Razor Place Classifieds I do not recall one in Boston but there may be something close enough for you.

The other option is there is a NYC meetup that will have lots of experienced people and tools at. The Toronto one was great and I imagine the NYC will be as good or better.

Heres a bump for your thread, hopefully someone near you will show up, although your best bet is the classifieds, or even better would be a meetup if there is one near you.

+1 on the meetup. Not only do you get a shave worthy blade, you learn ALOT.
