Well, the stores around me are apparently NOT well stocked. As I ran errands yesterday, I stopped by eight hardware/knife stores looking for the DMT plate. From nationally recognized chains to independent hardware stores to knife shops to a barber supply store...not one had it...EIGHT stores! Osh had it in stock but the wrong grit. Oh well, I ended up ordering one directly from DMT on their website, should arrive in a few days.

Got it!
I recall seeing a video explaining the various ways to lap a coticule with this plate but I'm having trouble locating the link. Little help?

Your image is blocked at work , but I assume it is the DMT. Just draw a pencil grid on the coti and lap under running water, and you are good to go when the grid is gone.
