    Default Any ideas for stone id please

    Hi just won this stone on e bay sorry about the pics they are from the seller i will post better pics when i get it thanks for any info.

    It could be a bout coticule, although it looks too white, it could be an arkansas or something else. when you test it, post your results for better identification.

    From the colour and the sign "Brock" I would say Coti. However I also do have reconstituted Brocken which I would not call Coti.

    Thanks guys i got it today and you are both right its a coti only small though i might use it as a slurry stone for nowworks good for that.

    Be carefull with it. because it does not have backing it tend to brake easily.
