    An Escher is an Escher when its label says so. If it has no label you have to trust the seller's story that his greatgrandfather was a barber and did tell him his stone once had an Escher label.

    I dont agree without a label its a thuringian, and grampa probably had a little to much whisky when he told ya!! Nevertheless

    there's an old lady. She is the last descendant of Escher & Co. she is 92 years old. We have spoken with her. There were 28 companies in Thuringia and stones. Escher had for many other companies still rocks.
    MST is the Thuringian also very good, like an Escher. He also comes from directly from Thuringia.
