Thanked: 6My new Belgian Stones from Howard at The Perfect Edge.
As I mentioned in my other post the I got some new toys for myself.
Take a look at these Belgian stones that Howard has...
I have been using them for about a month and I love it , they are much better then the Norton sharpening stones that I have.
And the way they look, you just want to frame them into a pictures frame and look at them.

Well IME a pink coticule, or one with a lot of pink in it, will be a very efficient cutter. Some of them cut too fast to be good finishers while other pinkish coticules are well balanced and do service in both areas. That is a mighty nice set of stones you have there.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Thanked: 6The one on the left is very smooth, does a very nice job as a finisher...
I also have a small stone for making a nice slurry.. not sure if that's the right spelling..
