It looks like an Arkansas, maybe Soft. More suited for knives than for razors.

Yes, is a Washita and razor is a limited edition from Zwilling for 275' anniversary,limited in 275 pieces. I have the same set, but I don't like so much the razor, maybe because I don't like stainless steel, usually I use silversteel ( my favourite ) or carbon steel, but brush and soap cup are beautiful.
