A few years ago I had a razor coming from Turkey get lost. A Dorko @ about $100.00 USD. Paypal refunded my $ even though the seller had proof that he shipped it. It was an ebay item. Whenever I ship overseas I always do global express mail insured for full value. You get a tracking # and because of the insurance rates it is about the same $ as shipping global priority without the tracking #.
I bought some books, I seem to collect those too, from two different sellers in the UK. They were sent book rate via Royal Mail to the USA. In both cases the books took 6 weeks to finally get to my door. I've had book rate packages from UK arrive in half the time but in those two instances, with independent sellers, it took that long. I had given both up for lost . So there is still hope for your stone to get to you.

In the end it's up to the seller to ensure you get the product unless you specified the shipping details. So though it may still show up I would contact the seller.

You haven't said (or I have missed it) if you have a tracking number or not, however, the USPS tracking number gets changed when it gets to Australia (yeah I know it sounds silly).
Maybe a call to Australia Post (13 13 18) might help - they have helped me out a few times now.
Hope it gets to you soon though

Now that's the trouble with living "down under"!! I'm guessing it got there and some mail handler fumbled it taking it off the plane, and well, it fell into outer space!!! It'll probably fall back into northern Canada and they'll send it on! Anyway, good luck and hope you get it soon.
Regards,
Howard

Jarrod says right on his site that you SHOULD get insurance with your purchases because of things like this./

Thanked: 13245I think everything that needs discussing has been said here... Especially considering the the Vendor in question has Absolutely no ties to SRP ...
As with all Vendor related problems, the best thing is to contact the Vendor in question first...
