Auction score, two Eschers!
I just wanted to post some photos of two Eschers I picked up at an auction of an old barber shop over the weekend. Thankfully, no one else saw what I saw hiding in the bottom of that cigar box. I knew what the one in the wooden box was from its label, but hadn't noticed the end label on the other one. Thankfully no one else noticed either. The box also had a Pike SWATY and a nice pair of barber shears, but these babies were my real score.
As you can see, I haven't done a thing to them. Not cleaned up, not lapped, just as I found them.

I refuse to get sucked into that abyssmal expedition of hope and failure again. lol. I will no longer search out wonderful stones at wonderful prices. After 8 months of dedicated searching, I've spent enough to buy one on ebay. But, congrats....begrudgingly. lol.
