    Default Jnat Hone ID

Put the trigger on this one, the price is very good, so took my chance.

I was drawn to the colour, I am not a Jnat person. My knowledge is limited.

I being wanting on for a while, had a look here and there but the price were above my means.

Seller told me the original ower had it since the 1930s. This looks like a Nakayama xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx

Jnat club member what do you think?

    Many thanks
    George

I just do not understand how one can tell the mine of origin just by looking at a stone?
There are kiita stones that come from other mines too..

I will call it Nakayama Baby Jesus, I'm sure it will put the fear of God into my razor.

Possibly, but it is your stone you need to try it and figure out what works with it.
I do not even know how hard it is, it may very well be just a prepolisher.
