+1 you may have to go through a few Baber Homes before you find the Right one for you, but it's worth it.

I think I will go with a naniwa 12k. Should i get a DMT with that too for lapping?

You just might talk one of us into lapping it for you. It should go a very long time without needing to be relapped and by then you will have sorted out your own preferences somewhat more than now.
