I apologize for yet another locationally-motivated post; I promise I will keep it brief.
Recently purchased a Naniwa 12K and need a lapping stone. Can I find one in Singapore/Hong Kong, or will I need to bite the bullet for international shipping?

I recently got an Atoma 400 from toolsfromjapan.com and have found it great.
Maybe shipping might be less from there.Hang on and enjoy the ride...
