    Default Please help ID hone

    Gents, I went out to nose around local antique shops and found this hone, it's marked Germany and has a brown color. I have not tried to clean it, or do anything to it. Could someone give me a guess what I have, how to clean it, and what to do about lapping, which it seems to need.

    It is a bit over 9 in long and at the widest point its about 1 in.
